Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at office@maikaronmt.com and send your item to:

Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Shipping time: 14–30 business days from the order.
- Receiving time = processing time + shipping time.
- All orders are sent directly from Thailand. Our team ensures your order is processed as quickly as possible. Customers will receive orders via Thai Post EMS.
If you found that your package has not been delivered within the specified time; the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it; or your package includes missing/incorrect items, please contact customer service within 7 days of the payment date so that these issues can be addressed. For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, make sure to contact customer service within 7 days of the payment date. If your parcel has arrived damaged, open, or not containing the products ordered, you must contact Customer Services within 48 days of receipt of the parcel; this will not affect your statutory rights.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed in the purchase panel prior to finalizing your purchase. By accepting these terms and conditions and completing your payment, including shipping charges, you agree to the price terms presented in the purchase panel.
In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
Returns
How long do I have to make a return? Our refund and returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your product. If 14 days have elapsed since delivery, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
For a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the product. If you are returning goods, please ensure they are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. The condition of the returned goods must match the photos provided during the complaint process. Returned goods must be sent with online parcel tracking to the return address.

What is the return method, and do I have to pay a return shipping charge? You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and payment operator commissions are non-refundable. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (minus the cost of banking transactions beyond our control) or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How do I make a return?
- Contact our customer service team either by WhatsApp from the website or by email at office@maikaronmt.com to inform them of your intention to return the item(s). Provide your order details, including the order number, the reason for the return, and pictures of the products.
- Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours of receiving your message and provide any necessary instructions for the return process.
- Package the item(s) securely, ensuring they are in their original condition and packaging, along with any accessories or documentation included with the original shipment.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance for your protection.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange according to our return policy.
Please note that return eligibility and conditions may vary depending on the product and our return policy. For specific inquiries or assistance with the return process, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Coupon Policy
This policy (the “Coupon Policy”) describes the terms and conditions that apply to the use of promotional coupons issued by Mai Karon CO Ltd. on its website at maikaron.com/shop. By accepting the awarding of coupons or using coupons, you agree to be bound without reservation by this Coupon Policy. This policy may be amended from time to time without prior notice to you. However, the applicable policy will, in any case, be the one in force at the time the client obtains the points.
Mai Karon Online Shop Bonus Point Policy
1. General. Welcome to the Mai Karon Online Shop Bonus Point Program. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for earning, redeeming, and managing bonus points (“Points”) on maikaron.com. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Earning Points. Points can be earned through various activities such as making purchases, participating in promotions, or other actions as specified by Mai Karon. The specific number of points awarded for each activity will be determined by Mai Karon CO Ltd. and communicated at the time of the activity.
3. Duration of the Bonus Points. Points have different validity periods, which are specified at the time the points are awarded. Once the expiry date has passed, the points can no longer be used and are deleted from your account.
4. Redeeming Points. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash or store credit. Points are promotional discounts that can only be used to reduce the price of an eligible product offered on the site (excluding shipping, insurance, and any other taxes). Mai Karon reserves the right to correct any errors and make any adjustments, for any reason and at any time, with or without notice — including where points have been erroneously or fraudulently earned or credited to your account, or earned at an incorrect rate. Mai Karon CO Ltd. may also refuse to allow you to redeem points, reverse any transaction involving a redemption of points, or deduct additional points from your account if an error in the points required for the redemption existed at the time of the redemption.
5. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds. If you cancel an order, return a product, or receive a refund for any reason, the points earned from the original transaction will be deducted from your account. If insufficient points are available in your account, Mai Karon reserves the right to adjust the balance accordingly.
6. Termination. Subject to applicable law, Mai Karon reserves the right to terminate the points program at any time for any reason, upon reasonable notice to you. Upon termination, any unused points will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
