How it looks Group Training ?
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
- Running: Running is not mandatory (unless you are preparing to fight) but strongly suggested.
- Warm-Up: Single unders, skipping, followed by stretching.
- Shadow Boxing: The Trainers will observe and start correcting your technique and rate your level. Shadowboxing improves footwork, coordination, technique visualisation, cardio and conditioning.
- Pad work: You will always get rounds where you will hit the pads with the
trainers and develop proper technique, speed and strenght. - Technique: Instruction and correction of the different styles and combinations by the trainers.
- Bag work: Few rounds of practicing the techniques on different punching bags.
- Clinching and Muay Thai/boxing sparring.
- Conditioning: Push-ups, Sit-ups, V-up, etc
