10-day Muay Thai camp

The camp
Ten days of structure: train hard twice a day, eat and rest with purpose, and watch your body and your habits change. You’ll arrive unsure and leave fitter, lighter and sharper — with real technique and a daily discipline you can take home. We start with a 1:1 welcome session to set your level, and send you home with an online program so the progress doesn’t stop.
