Group training
Muay Thai group training is an energetic and disciplined experience. Students of all skill levels train together under the guidance of experienced Thai coaches. The atmosphere is intense but welcoming, with the sounds of gloves hitting pads, shouts of encouragement, and the rhythm of skipping ropes. Sessions typically begin with warm-ups, followed by shadow boxing, technique drills, pad work with a coach, bag training, sparring, and clinching. Everyone pushes their limits, learning the art of The Eight Limbs.

Session Breakdown:
Warm-Up (10 min) – Jump rope, shadowboxing, and stretching to prepare body and mind.
Pad Work (20 min) – Intense rounds with your trainer holding Thai pads; focus on punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and combos.
Bag Work & Conditioning (5 min) – Power and endurance drills on the heavy bag plus body-weight exercises.
Technique & Sparring (20 min) – Correcting form, improving balance, and learning fight IQ tips.
Cool Down (5 min) – Stretching and breathing recovery.
Goal: Build real Muay Thai technique, fitness, and confidence — all tailored to your level.
