Shipping Method

Shipping time: 14 – 30 Business Days from the order. 

1. Receiving time=Processing time (maximum 7 days) + Shipping time.

2. All order are send directly from Thailand. Our team ensures your order is being processed as quickly as possible. Customers will receive orders via Thai Post EMS. From the moment the funds are credited to your account, our team will send the order no later than 7 business days.

• If you found that:
  • Your package has not been delivered within the specified time; the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it or your package includes missing/incorrect items, please contact customer service within 7 days of the delivery time so that the aforementioned issues can be addressed.
  • For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, make sure to contact customer service within 7 days of the payment date.
  • If your parcel has arrived damaged open or not containing the Products ordered you must contact Customer Services within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel, this will not affect your statutory rights.

3. Shipping costs are clearly displayed in the purchase panel prior to finalizing your purchase. By accepting these terms and conditions and completing your payment, including shipping charges, you agree to the price terms presented in the purchase panel.

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
