After you decide to start your Muay Thai & Fitness training, we will make sure you get the best program for your level. Our Muay Thai trainers and fighters have years of experience, in our gym you will find the latest sports equipment these two factors are the perfect combination to start a successful workout.

From Monday to Saturday.
The morning class start from 8:00 to 9:30 and the afternoon from 16:00 to 17:30.
Sundays are days of rest, which means the gym is closed but not for the private trainings.
Our group training is open
to all ages and abilities, from beginners to fighters, and is adapted to different performance levels.
Children are welcome in our group classes, but please note that we also offer private classes for children.
Private trainings must be booked in advance.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced fighter, the best way to improve your Thai boxing skills is to
take a private Muay Thai training. You will train with a coach who has real Muay Thai fighting experience for
several years in the ring!
